Willingness to Pay for Green Apartments in Surabaya, Indonesia

The lack of green building and the public’s awareness environment is an issue in marketing apartments Surabaya, Indonesia. Limited knowledge on buildings contributes to individuals avoiding risks purchasing or investing apartments. Hence, this study aims test effects attributes, indoor air quality, accessibility, land environmental toward willingness pay (WTP) for Surabaya.
